With a Sports Science degree in strength and conditioning from Edith Cowan University, personal trainer Max Tan started his fitness career back in 2004. Having more than 17 years of training and coaching experience in various mega gyms in Singapore, he possess great level of fitness influence, aspiring many clients to attain their fitness goals.
Max Tan firmly believes in mastering both physical and mental skills by understanding the physiological aspect of our body. He creates a sound relationship between training program and lifestyle changes.
Due to his creative and out of the box training techniques, Max Tan is one of the few award winning trainers back in California Fitness, Fitness First and Fight zone. He describes himself as a walking fitness dictionary that supports clients with both training and nutritional knowledge.
Being a fitness enthusiast himself, he choose to be different from the rest of the fitness professionals out there by having a highly personalised approach other than training itself.
Max creates challenging, fun and stimulated training programs that caters to all kinds of fitness level and ages.
